Integrated Barcoding Systems' QuikTrac^®/400 Warehouse Inventory Control

QuikTrac^®/400 is a cost effective inventory package for the AS/400 platform. It is designed to work as an independent AS/400 package with file upload and download capabilities with your AS/400 ERP system. QuikTrac^®/400 supports Radio Frequency (RF) terminal emulation using 5250.

QuikTrac^®/400 supports and controls full random locations within the warehouse. It offers directed picking based on oldest product (FEFO-first expiration, first out) and directed put-away based on user-defined preferred storage locations, with allowances to override system suggestions. QuikTrac^®/400 has existing interfaces for uploading orders to QuikTrac^®/400 from MAPICS or JBA ERP system, creating inventory adjustments form QuikTrac^®/400 to the ERP. And for MAPICS users, QuikTrac^®/400 can update shipment information, purchase receipts and manufacturing orders to the host system.

Onscreen functionality of QuikTrac^®/400 includes RF programs for directing data collection in the warehouse, inquiry options, file maintenance options, reporting, quality assurance and traffic options. Shipping functions such as manifests, bills of lading, and label printing to any printer, support shipping and receiving department needs
